Build up an appetite as you climb the 164 steps to the top of Grey's Monument, experiencing breath-taking views before descending to Banyan for a delicious brunch fit for an Earl. On this behind-the-scenes tour, Geordie experience-seekers are given the chance to take in Newcastle from one of the city’s best-kept secret outlooks at the top of Grey’s Monument, which is not normally open to the public.

Groups will learn about the history of the monument and Earl Grey himself, whilst enjoying a bird’s eye vantage point of Grey Street and Grainger Street’s beautiful buildings, all the way to the Quayside and beyond. Once back on ground level – you'll take a seat at Banyan, to reflect on the tour over a bite to eat.
