Join us for a tour of our orchard and a guided tasting of a trio of our vintage ciders. We will be open for tours from April through October.

Guided Tours

Our guided tour will take you through our museum orchard of over 450 varieties of apple and 50 varieties of pear. We will discuss our orchard practices, growing organically and at altitude, and our approach to minimum intervention, biodiverse orchards. Next we will talk about our cider production techniques for making live, naturally fermented, vintage ciders. We will then taste three bottled vintage ciders and talk about the different flavours and styles of cider that we produce.

When: Tours are scheduled for 2 PM on April 3rd, April 13th, May 1st, May 11th, June 8th, June 12th, July 6th, July 10th, August 3rd, August 14th. We reserve the right to cancel any tour (and refund) if we do not have enough people to make it viable.
